CLAY & VIVIAN’S FLOW DANCE VACATION
"With Dancing, you connect with our inner child; we used to not care what I looked like or how I danced, and when you Flow you reconnect with that."
Why do you dance, and what does it mean to you?
Clay: “We often find ourselves just dancing in the living room at random times, and as it comes on, we get into the Flow! We hadn’t termed it that before, but that’s when Flow with Michael appealed to us! We dance to have a good time, feel good, enhance our lives, and express ourselves.”
“I haven’t had any dance lesson besides YouTube; this has been awesome. Michael is great as an instructor.”
How does it feel to be inflow?
Clay: “I feel like you and I have a lot better connection in general. These lessons go beyond when we leave here, and that’s kind of the most important part!”
How does dancing affect your relationships?
Viv: “No matter what time of day or what type of day you’re having, if you just start moving your body, it’ll make you present to where you are who you’re with. And that’s so important to experience our physical selves, and when you can do that for someone else, it’s very special.
Do you see dancing as part of your exercise routine?
Viv: “Shopping and dancing are my favorite forms of cardio! Time flies when you’re having fun… Clay: “This is something that we can do together that’s exercise.”
Viv: “It’s a language, it’s not a written one, and that’s something that you can do with a stranger. “
Clay: “A lot of people want to dance more. They’re just not willing to get vulnerable and put themselves out there, so if we can add value by getting them to dance and come out of their shells! Even if it’s just one person because that person will feel better about themselves.”
What if the whole world danced & flowed?
“Clay: It would be a better place. People would move their body, be more fit, feel better, be more confident. It’s a cheat code on living a better life.”
Viv: “With Dancing, you connect with our inner child; we used to not care what I looked like or how I danced, and when you Flow you reconnect with that. This is my body I appreciate it, and it deserves to move and feel, which is what Flow recognizes, as you move the way you feel”
What happens when you accidently step on each other?
Viv:” You just keep going!”
Clay: “It’s an analogy for life… it’s always going to happen.”
Viv: “That’s what we’re here for to have fun and enjoy life, so dancing through life makes it so much better! We only have one body. Let it move! Let it Flow!”
