Level 29 | Box (1-2-Whoosh)

The Box is a brand new root move.  It empowers you to really sweep the floor, move fluidly, and take up space.  It is the first move where you start to feel like you are flying. Think Waltz.

The Box can be danced in all timings but it is best to introduce the Box within the 1-2-Whoosh timing.  Let’s box it up.

The box is smooth, multidirectional, and it gives you permission to groove. It works well with many timings, 1-2-Whoosh being the best timing to learn it.
