Level 30 | Progressives (1-2-Whoosh)
Progressives are root move #8, they are made of half boxes continually traveling in the same direction, either forwards or backwards.
Progressives demand great control of your body and your partnership’s movement. Easily mix them together with boxes to effortlessly travel around the entire dance floor.
Progressives can be danced in all timings but are best introduced within the 1-2-Whoosh timing. Become confident with these because the real thrill will come when you start rotating them.
Exercise 1 | Progressives (Solo)
The Progressives are smooth, continuous, and challenging. They work well with many timings, 1-2-Whoosh being the best timing to learn it.

After you articulate Progressives independently, now it’s time to do so with your partner.
