You have mastered every beat moves and the 1-2-Whoosh timing. Now you are taking ownership of your dance timing and changing it however you feel. You are responsible. You are in charge.
With timing change, practice fluidly changing between different timing options as you move and dance. A fluid transition is the name of the game.

Exercise 3 | 1-Beat & 2-Beat Moves
1-beat and 2-beat moves are generally the most common dance timings. You can also combine them into a sequence like the 1-2-Whoosh timing. Here you are tasked with creatively moving and dancing between the two timings, fluidly.
