Bending Movement | Exercise 1
Combining rotational with horizontal movement gives you a natural bending feeling, letting your momentum guide you around the dance floor.
Start with straight horizontal movement and slowly rotate yourself as you travel, both left and right. Do this with side, forward, and backward movement.
Slow down and take the time to explore movement that feels good, and then let your inner child dance!
