Boogie | Exercise 2

Boogie is dancing in place and feeling it out. Compare it to idling your car engine, you as a dance machine are grooving but not traveling anywhere.

To get started, poise yourself to move well and feel your entire self moving in place to every beat with your weight transferring between your legs. Use the earth to energize your movement and your head and hands to guide your movement. Incorporate all 4 elements.

Boogie is great for establishing your connections and challenging yourself to discover simplistic creativity. Get deep into your flow zone with eyes closed and fluid movement. How good can it feel?
