Exercise 1 | Forward/Backward Moves (1-2-Whoosh)
Forward and Backward Moves make it possible for you to groove anywhere, 1-2-Whoosh style. You can move back and forth or keep moving in the same direction as long as you keep your timing.
Start with feeling the music, finding its rhythm, and feeling the 1-2-Whoosh within you. Now, use side moves to find your groove and after a whoosh, move forwards or backwards, keeping your timing.
Build confidence moving back and forth and then continue moving forwards/backwards, keeping the 1-2-Whoosh.
