Exercise 1 | Side Moves (1-2-Whoosh)

Side Moves within the 1-2-Whoosh Timing is an outstanding groove step.  You will find it as a wonderful default move, a move that works with much music and is easily led to dance with anyone.

Start with feeling the music, finding its rhythm, and feeling the 1-2-Whoosh within you.  Now, start grooving side to side, 1-2-Whoosh style.  You can also think of it as Side-Boogie-Siiiide.
