Exercise 1 | Single Handshake
Every move you do with the basic handhold you can also do in handshake hold.
Start dancing and feeling flow, and then cross handshake your partner left to right or right to left. While in handshake hold, attempt all the moves and partner positions you already know and enjoy discovering the differences.
