Exercise 2 | Double Handshake
Double handshake is two cross-handed shakes at the same time, which literally forms a cross.
Start dancing and feeling flow, and then double handshake your partner left to right and right to left. With a double handshake, attempt all the moves and partner positions you already know.
The spins in double handshake have an added challenge. The person that is spinning, whether it the lead or follow, always spins towards their upper elbow. If you spin towards your lower elbow you make a very uncomfortable pretzel with your partner.
