Exercise 2 | Rotating Progressives (Partnership)
After you articulate rotating progressives independently, let’s do so in partner.
Start with normal progressives and as you progress naturally rotate your partnership during the entire move, keeping your partner in front of you. Imagine your partnership is a steering wheel and you are turning right and left with each move like you are driving down a swerving road.
As you rotate keep your partner in front of you. When you add little rotation your partner position will stay in Facing. As you increase your rotation your partner position will naturally move into Outside Partner, which gives you more freedom to flow. Do not force Outside Partner, instead create the rotation to flow into Outside Partner.
Make sure you stay sensitive and feel your rotating direction. If it feels slightly awkward you are probably forcing the box to rotate in the wrong direction.
Practice with the Spotify playlist and your favorite tunes.
This is smooth.
