Exercise 2 | Three Horizontal Directions & Spins (1-2-Whoosh)

With these three horizontal directions, you have the ability to flow anywhere.  Incorporate spins, and now you can spin anywhere, the 1-2-Whoosh way.

Start by feeling that 1-2-Whoosh groove and ease into all three directions. Be poised and encourage your moves to rotate, aka bend.  The more general rotation you have the more naturally spins happen.

Now, prepare your spins on the Whoosh of the previous move.  Then feel yourself spin on the 1-2 and landing it on the whoosh.  Incorporate all the elements of movement and all the different spins.
