Three Root Moves | Exercise 2
You have three options for continuous movement; they are forwards, side, or backwards. Use boogie as the transition to move between these directions.
Start with the boogie, every beat, and progress into your first direction, feeling your energy move in a straight line. Slow your energy into a boogie to redirect into your next move. Your energy line travels straight, but it can bend either left or right as you travel.
Now your options are expanding and you have the power to move anywhere you feel. Allow yourself to flow in any direction and enjoy the ride.
