Fluid Movement | Exercise 2

To achieve fluidity, synergize all 4 elements (horizontal, vertical, tilt, and left or right rotation) into each move.  Fluid movement feels best and is the most articulated. It is the pinnacle of movement.

Start with tilt, then incorporate vertical, then rotation, and lastly horizontal. Incorporate as little or as much of each element as you’d like and feel like you are flying.

Start slow and take the time to explore movement that feels good, and then let your inner child dance!
