Forward/Backward & Breathe | Exercise 3

Take a breath to go from forwards to backward and vice versa.

Start pumping forward or backward to every beat, then slow down like you are approaching a stop sign, breathe to a halt, and rewind back the other way.

Feel the inertia continually flowing through the breath as you redirect it.
