Forward or Backward Moves | Exercise 3
Moving forwards, you do it every day; moving backwards, not as much. Forward and backward moves let you travel in a continuous direction as if you are flying.
Turn on the dance machine with a boogie and then feel your energy moving straight forwards or backwards. To reverse direction, ease yourself into a boogie and redirect as if you are driving. Like driving, you can bend your direction by rotating your axis (wheels).
Practice incorporating the four elements and feeling fluidity. How dynamic can you feel?
