Forwards & Backwards | Exercise 2
Forwards and backwards are the second and third of horizontal directions, side i the first.
First, articulate your forward and backward movement, developing the control and creativity to move forwards and backwards, how and when you feel. Second, practice communicating your forwards and backwards movement. Third, practice moving freely and dancing within the forwards and backwards structure.
Allow yourself to explore feel-good movement, and let your inner child dance.
