Exercise 3 | Freedom Dance

Use the freedom dance to become physically present and feel your body take precedence.

With this dance you start moving all over the place, feeling the music move each part of your body and then feel it move your body as a whole. Practice taking up all the space and discover new movement that feels amazing. Challenge your body to move better and more freely than you have ever moved before. This is the freedom dance.  Permission to be free.

This exercise gives you the experience and confidence to move naturally, instinctively, freely, and feel alive, every time you choose to dance.
