Learn to articulate one element at a time. Your two options of movement are horizontal or vertical.
At any time you can move forwards, side, backwards, up, or down. Practice fluidly moving from one to the next and identify your kickstand leg the entire time. Articulate these movements independently, communicate them in partnership, and play within the structure.
