Forward and Backward Moves make it possible for you to groove anywhere, 1-2-Whoosh style. You can move back and forth or keep moving in the same direction as long as you keep your timing, and keep on grooving.

1-2-Whoosh spins within forward/backward moves are a good challenge. They are more challenging than within side moves, yet great for building your stability and balance.
