As a beginner, your structure (frame) is more concrete, like Frankenstein, as you learn to communicate your movement. Now you are evolving with a more flexible frame as you 1-2-Whoosh.
Your flexible frame starts with energizing movement from your spine, through your arms, and out your fingertips into your partnership. Imagine your breast, back, and arms are fluid, like wings or a jellyfish. letting your frame ripple.
Practice flexible frame with the different partner connections and incorporate all the elements of movement as you dance.
