Lesson 7 | Side Moves
The third root move, Side Moves, is moving sideways, as many moves as you’d like.
You have three directions you can send your energy. You can send it forwards, backwards, or side. For side moves, feel your energy continuing to the side, transferring your weight from one leg to the next with side, together, side, together, side.
You have three options for continuous movement; they are forwards, side, or backwards. Use boogie as the transition to move between these directions.
