To let your movement breathe is to slow time down, connect, play, and feel on a deeper level. Breathing is the fifth root move and your first introduction in timing change. Let’s take a deep breath and dive on in.
Slow down your movement, disconnect from time, and feel the moment as deeply as you can.
Breathe to slow and reverse your side moves.
Take a breath to go from forwards to backward and vice versa.
Breathe to load up a spin and breathe to reconnect after a spin.
