Level 19 | Tilt Dip
The tilt dip is slightly acrobatic as you wrap your partner in your arms and tilt them off their axis.
Start by rolling your partner into your elbow pocket using a cuddle, sweetheart, or roll-in. Next, connect your leg to your partner’s like you are in a three-legged race. Then tilt to dip.
As a lead, be sure to squat as you tilt and face your partner to support them. As a follow, plank your body and see your partner.
