Exercise 2 | Partnership Flow

Use partnership flow as your warm-up exercise to develop balance, stability and fluidity in partnership.

Take turns with lead and follow and feel your entire bodies moving with each other, to the music. How good can it feel? Feel the electrical energy running through your bodies, into the partnership. Feel the music pulsating through your partnership. You are calibrating yourselves to move and dance with flow.

This warm-up exercise sets the table for the rest of your dancing. Feel yourselves evolve each time you practice Partnership Flow.
