Personal flow is your warm-up exercise, calibrating yourself to feel good, move fluidly, and become one with the music.
Activate all your senses to be present and feel all your body parts moving in harmony. Feel the earth’s energy circulating with your movement, and feel yourself breathing with the music.
This warm-up exercise sets the table for the rest of your dancing. Feel yourself evolve each time you practice Personal Flow.
