Learn to articulate one element at a time with all four elements, rotation, tilt, vertical, or horizontal.
You now have the power to move into one of three horizontal directions, two vertical directions, four tilt, or two rotational directions. Practice fluidly moving from one move to the next, always passing through neutral, and always maintain your kickstand leg. Articulate these movements independently, communicate them in partnership, and play within the structure.
Slow down and take the time to explore movement that feels good, and then let your inner child dance!
