Side Moves & Breathe | Exercise 2
Breathe to slow and reverse your side moves.
Start side moving to every beat and slow it down with a breath, and then reverse back the other way. Play with straight side moves and rotate to bend them.
Feel the inertia continually flowing through the breath as you redirect it.
