Spin & Breathe | Exercise 4

Breathe to load up a spin and breathe to reconnect after a spin.

To load up a spin, first breathe to slow down and build up your energy, then release it into a spin in the opposite direction.

To spin requires a disconnect from your partner. Breathe to slow down and reconnect after the spin.

Breathing and spinning are a balanced combo.  Spinning is wild and breathing is grounding.  Balanced.

Practice with the Spotify playlist and your favorite tunes.

Build it up, and release! Get buck wild, then cool down.
