Tilt | Exercise 3
Tilt is the 3rd element, rotating in space like a teeter-totter, your lower half goes in the opposite direction of your upper half. Feel your center stay still as you manipulate your body around it.
You can tilt in 4 directions. Your upper half can tilt forward, backward, left, or right. For each tilt your lower half tilts in the equal an opposite direction, like a teeter-totter. Articulate these movements independently, communicate them in partnership, and play within the structure.
