Tilt, Vertical, or Horizontal | Exercise 4
Learn to articulate one element at a time. Your three options of movement are tilt, vertical, or horizontal.
You now have the freedom to move into one of 3 horizontal directions, 2 vertical directions, or 4 tilt directions. Practice fluidly moving from one move to the next, always passing through neutral, and always maintain your kickstand leg. Articulate these movements independently, communicate them in partnership, and play within the structure.
Slow down and take the time to explore movement that feels good, and then let your inner child dance!
