FLOW FOUNDATION (Beginner’s Course)
Develop essential dance skills and learn to move freely—for life—with a partner or on your own. This foundational course is typically completed in four private lessons.
Prepare for your special day with confidence. Learn to look and feel great on the dance floor—starting with your first dance.

My wife and I recently did a 2-week wedding dance “boot camp” with Michael over Zoom. To say we did not have rhythm before these lessons would be a massive understatement!

Cancellation: Less than 12‑hour notice incurs full lesson fee. If your partner cancels, you may proceed one‑on‑one.
Lesson validity: Sessions expire 1 year after purchase; non-refundable after 60 days.
